Terms of Service

MenuAsk creates and hosts public menu websites for food businesses. Free includes creation, manual maintenance, publishing, sharing, and Basic Insights. Pro is an optional workspace upgrade at a launch price of US$33 per billing month, plus applicable tax, with no trial. Checkout shows the amount and tax before you pay.

You are not charged when you claim or publish a menu. A paid Pro subscription starts only when you explicitly choose it and complete the checkout presented by the billing provider. Checkout completion or return parameters do not grant Pro by themselves; MenuAsk activates access after verifying the subscription with the billing provider. The provider named at checkout acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the payment, taxes, invoice, and refund where applicable.

5 AI menu tasks · 20 AI image tasks Per billing month, shared across your workspace. Paid menu imports and AI translations share the menu tasks. Each target language uses one task. Create or improve a dish image. Both use the same image tasks. Attached venues share these allowances. They reset on the billing date shown in Settings. The allowance and any relevant limits shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Features that are not yet released are not included merely because they appear on a roadmap or in a conversation.

Pro renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. A qualifying full first-payment refund ends Pro immediately; existing work and Free features remain available. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You sign in with one-time email codes. You may save a private preview created from the homepage or accept a private invitation after confirming that you are authorized to manage that business. Saving or accepting a venue you are not authorized to manage is prohibited and may lead to removal and account termination.

We may prepare a private, unpublished preview of a venue menu from publicly available sources so its owner can see the result before deciding. Previews are not public, are not presented as the business’s official site, and go live only after the authorized owner claims and approves them. Any business may ask us to remove its preview at any time: hello@menuask.com.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your published content, including names, prices, photos, and claims. Dietary, allergen, and kosher information is provided and verified by you, the business; MenuAsk displays it as provided and does not verify it. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements must always confirm directly with the restaurant.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us the license needed to host, process, and display it as part of the service. You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, including photos.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing material, no impersonation of businesses you do not represent, no attempts to break, overload, or probe the platform.

Venue lookup, private previews, and public menu covers may show transient Google Maps Platform content with required attribution. Your use of that content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference. Menu pages may also link to delivery platforms with their own terms.

MenuAsk is an early-stage service provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search-engine placement, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using MenuAsk and request deletion of your account and content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we will make your menu content available for export for a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. We may update these terms and will note the date above; material changes will be announced on this page.
