MenuAsk policy

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MenuAsk, operated by Evgeny Rubin in Israel. By creating an account or claiming a menu site you agree to them. Contact: hello@menuask.com.

1

MenuAsk creates and hosts public menu websites for food businesses. Creating, manually maintaining, publishing, sharing, and viewing Basic V1 Insights for your restaurant menu are available on the Free plan. Pro is an optional workspace upgrade at the tax-inclusive founding price of ₪99 per billing month, with no trial. We will always show what is included before you pay.

2

You are not charged when you claim or publish a menu. A paid subscription starts only when you explicitly choose Pro and complete Paddle checkout. Checkout completion or return parameters do not grant Pro by themselves; MenuAsk activates access only after it receives a verified billing event. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the payment, taxes, invoice, and refund where applicable.

Each Pro billing month includes five AI menu-processing jobs and twenty AI dish-image generations pooled across the workspace’s attached venues. The allowance and any relevant limits shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Features that are not yet released are not included merely because they appear on a roadmap or in a conversation.

Pro renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

3

You sign in with one-time email codes. A venue becomes yours by claiming it through a private claim link and confirming — by ticking the attestation — that you are authorized to manage that business. Claiming a venue you are not authorized to manage is prohibited and may lead to removal and account termination.

4

We may prepare a private, unpublished preview of a venue menu from publicly available sources so its owner can see the result before deciding. Previews are not public, are not presented as the business’s official site, and go live only after the authorized owner claims and approves them. Any business may ask us to remove its preview at any time: hello@menuask.com.

5

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your published content — names, prices, photos, and claims. Dietary, allergen, and kosher information is provided and verified by you, the business; MenuAsk displays it as provided and does not verify it. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements must always confirm directly with the restaurant.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us the license needed to host, process, and display it as part of the service. You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, including photos.

6

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing material, no impersonation of businesses you do not represent, no attempts to break, overload, or probe the platform.

7

Menu pages may include data and photos from third-party services (for example Google Maps business details with required attributions) and links to delivery platforms. Those services have their own terms.

8

MenuAsk is an early-stage service provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search-engine placement, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9

You may stop using MenuAsk and request deletion of your account and content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we will make your menu content available for export for a reasonable period.

10

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. We may update these terms and will note the date above; material changes will be announced on this page.
