Website accessibility
Our development target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, together with the applicable Israeli accessibility requirements. Assessment and improvements are in progress; this statement does not claim that every page and process has passed a complete accessibility audit.
This statement covers the MenuAsk website, owner tools and public menus hosted by MenuAsk. The accessibility of external websites and services may differ.
Report a barrier or request help
For accessibility questions and requests, contact the MenuAsk team at hello@menuask.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. If useful, tell us which browser, device or assistive technology you use.
You can contact us without creating an account. We will review the report and work with you on a suitable way to access the information or service.
Restaurant accessibility
For information about access to a restaurant, its parking, seating, toilets or on-site assistance, contact the restaurant directly. Website accessibility does not establish the physical accessibility of a venue.
